In 2023, I created the new map of the Colosseum Archaeological Park, which encompasses the entire area from Circus Maximus, Via di San Gregorio, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Via di San Teodoro, to the Altar of the Fatherland.
To reconstruct it, we chose a simple and accessible style that best fits the urban context.
The work is the result of a study of technical maps, on-site photographs, and satellite maps, which allowed me to create a clear and simple yet detailed image of the park.
The map is part of an ongoing collaboration on various ongoing projects, from book publications to historical reconstructions.
